Patrick Lenihan is a co-founder of the firm and leads Gravity's communications practice where he advises global investors, senior executives, and boards of directors on the strategic deployment of their reputations. Patrick serves as an Operating Advisor for Goldman Sachs's Growth Equity funds, and previously held leadership roles at Google, Goldman Sachs, and Grindr, which he helped take public in 2022. He is a Trustee of the Fine Arts Work Center and a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician.

Before co-founding Gravity, Charlie spent 13 years at Morgan Stanley helping to lead their Equity Capital Markets desk, with a focus on high-profile IPOs, executing over 2,000 equity and equity-linked transactions and raising over $1.5 trillion for companies globally.
